QUILT DRAWING The Piggott Library is having a "Quilt Drawing through the month of April 2012. The Heart Quilt is a donation from librarian, Gay Johnson and was handmaid in Tennessee. Tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00 and can be purchased at the library. All proceeds from the quilt drawing will go toward the Piggott Library Matching Equipment Grant Fund.
NOOK WiFi Winner Jean Ann Hooten of Pollard, AR was the winner of the Nook WiFi Drawing held at the Piggott Library through the month of February 2012. The Lone Star Quilt was donation by an anonymous library supporter. All the proceeds ($175.00) went toward the Piggott Library Matching Grant Fund.
2012 Summer Reading Program
Last year's Summer Reading Program was a great success. Plans are being made for even a better one this year with the theme will be: "Dream Big - Read!"
Set time aside begining in the first week of June for special programs to inspire reading in our children.
